The WISP project (Welsh Investment Strategic Partnership) is an exciting new approach to procure commercial buildings, combining both the public and private sector. TACP provides Architectural and Landscape design services to the private sector consortium appointed to deliver high quality office developments across Wales.
TACP’s role covers all stages of the projects from concept design to completion. The consortium includes funders, contractors and all design and engineering disciplines necessary to deliver the completed projects. WISP projects are required to be innovative and to set standards for subsequent development. The projects are designed to be sustainable and to achieve a minimum BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’.
