A Grade 2 listed building set in the hills of Maentwrog, North Wales, and owned by Snowdonia National Park, it is now a study centre offering a wide range of residential courses.

A rolling programme of conservation, capital repairs and improvements has been drawn up and will be implemented over a four year period.
