Client: Yale College

TACP’s involvement in the preparation of the strategic development plan for the enhanced provision of further education services, on the site of the former War Memorial Hospital in Wrexham Town Centre, has encompassed master planning, building design and landscaping. 

The creation of a new campus on this sensitive site addressed a number of issues, including the retention and refurbishment of historic buildings, phased site development, urban design and the creation of a landscape context involving the full range of TACP’s in-house disciplines.
