TACP was successful in winning a design competition for master planning and setting the design standards for this high quality business park - a strategically located gateway site on the outskirts of Llandrindod Wells.

TACP adopted a holistic approach to the design, involving in-house Architects and Landscape Architects to create an optimum site layout and determine the distinctive style of building and form. This together with high quality landscape proposals established a corporate identity for future marketing of the ‘Heart of Wales’ Business Park.
