Client: Cornwall County Council / John Mowlem & Co
A 7km single carriageway road extending from St Austell to the A30 at Bodmin. The road is an integral part of the regeneration strategy developed by Cornwall County Council for the St Austell china clay area. Stage 3 visual impact assessment was prepared to assess the route impact on the surrounding visual dramatic historic industrial landscape. TACP also co-ordinated other environmental specialist inputs for the stage 3 EIA.
