TACP has undertaken the mitigation for Great Crested Newts, Dormice and Marsh Fritillary Butterfly and undertook the Ecological Impact Assessment for inclusion into the Environmental Statement. Field assessments have been carried out and surveys for Great Crested Newt, Dormice, Badgers and bats as well as an assessment of Marsh Fritillary habitat. Liaison with statutory authorities to develop adequate mitigation plans to achieve planning permission have been completed. Day to day liaison with Glamorgan Consultancy has been part of the role to integrate with the engineering proposals.
