A key feature of the implementation of development projects is the monitoring of environmental requirements through Construction Environmental Management Plans.  These documents bring together all of the environmental commitments and requirements for each project, and form a live document that develops through the life of the project.  TACP has been involved in developing this approach to environmental management on a number of major infrastructure projects throughout the UK.
