The planning and construction of highways is governed by statutory procedures.  Throughout their years of involvement with major infrastructure commissions TACP has prepared environmental and landscape design inputs in order to progress the statutory process.  This includes Order Publication Reports, draft line, side roads and CPO information, land reference plans and schedules, draft orders exhibitions, statutory consultee liaison, scheme assessment reports, preparation of Stage 1, 2 and 3 environmental assessments and attendance at and presenting evidence at Public Inquiries.
