Widening of a 16km section of the M4 North of Cardiff from dual 2 to dual 3 standard. TACP provided environmental advice throughout the statutory process as part of the employer’s agents team. TACP provided environmental advisory input throughout the statutory process. An orders exhibition was attended and a public inquiry was held.
