TACP are the designers for the initial three major new build commercial developments for the Welsh Investment Strategic Partnership (WISP). The first projects are at SA1 Swansea, Newport and Nantgarw.
All underpin targeted regeneration areas and are flagship developments of the highest design quality.
The external spaces have been designed to provide an integrated landscape for the buildings and be a major contributor for the urban landscape fulfilling the objectives of an overall masterplan in all three instances.
Great care has been taken to ensure connections between the internal building spaces and the external uses both within the sites and the adjoining developments. The ethos of sustainable construction encompasses both buildings and external environment.
