In 2005 TACP was commissioned to undertake a three year landscape consultancy term commission for a 40.47 hectare (100 acres) regeneration site surrounding the Prince of Wales Dock, which itself extends to 10.9 hectares (27 acres) in Swansea. Working with the existing consultancy team (architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, artists and planners) TACP provides landscape design consultancy services for the Welsh Development Agency, following their purchase of the site from Associated British Ports.
The consultancy remit is varied and includes the detailed design and provision of production information for external squares, circulation spaces and dock and river edge walkways. Further consultancy advice is being provided for development briefs, plot development, soft landscape maintenance contracts and dock and sea edge parkland.
